Our engineers and mariners carry out reviews of the engineering calculations and the construction procedures prepared for an offshore development.  They inspect vessels critically involved in the construction process, ensuring that they are both properly maintained and certified as well as being deployed in a suitable location for an appropriate task.

They also attend the construction site and issue a certificate of approval for the operation to proceed once they are satisfied that the preparations are complete and the weather conditions acceptable.
